To begin the claims process, you’ll need to refer to your existing Homeowner’s policy. The information on your policy is specific to your property and coverages. You’ll find instructions on how to file your claim there.

If you don’t have access to your Homeowners policy, you can also reference the “Welcome Letter” you will have received upon your policy confirmation.

NOTE: We always suggest that you keep a copy of your insurance policies stored on your phone, as well in a cloud-based storage solution like Google Drive for easy access because we know that you may not always have time to grab your documents from your home in the event of an emergency.
